Mctyre Park Cultural Facility - Amphitheater Building

The work consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a new 1,242 SF reinforced concrete amphitheater (covered stage platform, enclosed storage and electrical rooms, (2)ADA ramps) as part of the cultural facility improvements at McTyre Park located at 3501 SW 56th Avenue, West Park, Florida 33023. The amphitheater will allow for the programming, production, and presentation of music, dance, theatre and other major cultural art forms. Site work shall include clearing/grubbing, earthwork/grading, excavation, concrete walkways, underground utilities, fencing, landscaping, and irrigation. The project requires the Contractor to provide full construction services including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, machinery, tools, supplies, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct the amphitheater in its entirety in accordance with contract plans prepared by CPZ Architects, Inc.
