Description

Contract No.5 – General Construction: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances for installation of approximately 6,200 linear feet of 12-inch water main where approximately 1,700 linear feet is directionally drilled 14-inch OD DR17 HDPE and the remainder is 12-inch ductile iron pipe. Scope of work consists of excavation and trench preparation for new water main, installation of new water main piping, including water valves, new hydrant assemblies, new water service connections, and restoration of existing surfaces including asphalt pavement, gravel, and grass areas. Watermain construction includes work zone traffic control and erosion and sediment control.
