| Description | The design will include all disciplines required for the project from scoping through advertisement. CDOT will elect to complete and/or assist with portions of the design and/or design management. The successful Consultant will be well versed in pavement selection criteria and rural highway designs requiring complex construction phasing. Major work elements for construction of this project will include but are not limited to: o Pavement Reconstruction and/or Major Rehabilitation o Complex Construction Phasing o Structure Rehabilitation o Signing and Striping o Safety Improvements 1)Guardrail replacement to current standards 2)Strategic widening and turning movement improvements 3)Roadway profile / alignment improvements as needed o Environmental Mitigation as needed o Hydrology & Hydraulics o Landscaping. |
