Description

Work under this contract includes horizontal directional drilling (1070 LF) and open cut of SR 4034 (30 LF) and installation of nominal 12-inch public watermains, valves and appurtenances within Penn DOT right-of-ways. The scope will also require establishing and maintaining traffic and erosion control plans, hydrostatic testing, disinfection, bacteria testing, interconnections, and restoration of public roadways, shoulders, and disturbed areas.
