NOTICE OF SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Thursday 17 August 2023 at 11:00 am EST at FMS Building 5 on Syracuse Enclave on the Hancock Field Air Base, 6900 Thompson Rd, Syracuse, NY 13211.
