Pavement Surface Condition Rating

1. Inspection of approximately 73.5 centerline miles of city roadway by designated increments. 2. Analysis is of pavement for distress types, severity and extent by designated project increments for 100% of the roadway surface for a minimum of one lane for each of the 73.5 miles of designated roadway. Preparation of pavement condition data in an electronic format, which meets the criteria of Surface Condition Inventory. 3. Provision of a road log for all roads surveyed in a spreadsheet format including Road Names, Beginning Point (BP), and Ending Point (EP) along with surface rating information for each individual road segment inspections 4. Digital photograph s or video of pavement distresses will be collected, during the field evaluation process.
