2020-2021 & 2021-2022 Pavement Microsurface Program

The contract work for this project shall consist of various items which include but are not limited to providing traffic control, street sweeping (before and after construction), placing MICRO-SURFACING, striping and pavement markings per the processes called out on the attached Appendix "A", drawings and the specifications. The general locations and limits of the work include various street segments throughout the City and as listed in Appendix "A" and the drawings included in the contract documents. The number of Streets may be increased or decreased due to available funding. Project Duration: 60 Work Days Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Work Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% Engineer's Estimated Cost: $210,000 to $220,000 Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
