Landscaping Services for DDS Hartford Regional Center

This Contract will be in effect from November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2025. The parties, by mutual agreement, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the Term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original Term, but only in accordance with the Section in this Contract concerning Contract amendments. Questions regarding the state of Connecticut P-Card Program may be directed to the Procurement Card Program Administrator at DAS.PCardAdmin@ct.gov. Contractor shall provide, including, but not limited to, Spring and Fall clean-up, grounds maintenance and mowing, mulch and other related grounds maintenance and landscaping services (the "Landscaping Services") for Department of Developmental Services (DDS) ("Client Agency"), located at the following location(s) ("Facility(ies)"): Hartford Regional Center, 71 Mountain Road, Newington, CT (see Exhibit D Map) a: Lawn Areas A b: Lawn Areas B The Landscaping Services pertain to the entire Client Agency Facility
