Description

M-NCPPC is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Management firm to provide preconstruction services and construction services for the rehabilitation of Concord Manor and associated improvements (Project). The Project is located at 8000 Walker Mill Road, Capitol Heights, MD 20743 and generally involves pre-construction services such as design review and cost estimating of Construction Documents, value engineering services, constructability reviews and establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction phase services. The construction phase services will be an “open book” reimbursable contract with specific fixed and not-to-exceed fees, scheduling and sub-contractor bidding and management.
