| Description | To repair approximately 300 square feet of ceiling at the Larne Building, 103 North Main Street, Clover, South Carolina.The Scope of Work shall include: 1. Provide all building materials, labor, equipment, supervision, permits, etc. to complete the repair of approximately 300 square feet of ceiling. A Town Building Permit is required to be pulled but there will not be a fee. 2. Removal and disposal of the damaged building material such as sheet rock and the ceiling tiles that are in place. 3. Protection of the floor and fixtures in this historic building is of utmost importance. All due care should be taken to prevent damage. 4. Exact match of ceiling tiles is required. 5. All work to be completed in accordance with the industry specifications, building codes, and permitting requirements. |
