QUESTIONS REGARDING BID SPECIFICATIONS. The deadline to submit questions in writing to the above is Friday, December 2, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, but not to exceed Twenty Thousand and 00/100THS ($20,000.00) Dollars, must accompany each Bid that is submitted. At the option of the Bidder, the bid security may be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or Bid Bond payable to Bergen Community College. If a Bid Bond is submitted, it shall be in substantially the form set forth in Section C hereof, Bid Forms/Submission Requirements, Form 00600. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit Bids. Final selection of a Bidder shall be made by the Bergen Community College Board of Trustees by formal Resolution. Bids must be made upon and in accordance with the forms provided in the Bid Documents. No Bids will be received after the time and date specified above, and no Bidder may withdraw its Bid within sixty (60) days after bid opening. The Board of Trustees of Bergen Community College reserves the right, pursuant to applicable law, to waive any informalities in the Bid or to reject any or all Bids should it be in the best interests of Bergen Community College.
