Description | The City of Warner Robins is accepting proposals for the Chiller & HVAC Maintenance at City Hall. By submitting a proposal, all vendors certify that they are not currently debarred from submitting bids on contracts by any agency of the State of Georgia and the Federal Government, nor are they an agent of any person or entity that is currently debarred from submitting bids on contracts by any agency of the State of Georgia or the Federal Government. All proposals must include, but not be limited to, the following: (a) Diagnosis of any current problems (if any) (b) Deep cleaning of unit as needed (c) Monthly service to replace filters, clean coils, blowers, drains, etc. (d) Monthly inspection of all components (e) Quarterly Full Mechanical maintenance (f) Monthly treatment for cooling towers (g) Semiannual calibration and testing of controls system All questions must be submitted through the City of Warner Robins online bidding system by Monday, January 9 , 2023 at 11:00 a.m. local time. All questions will be answered through the City of Warner Robins online bidding system by Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 11:00 p.m. local time. The RFP No.: GA-4477 Chiller & HVAC Maintenance and proposers name must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. The proposal will be awarded to the responsible proposer whose proposal will be the most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. At the time of the bid opening the successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they carry Workers Compensation, in accordance with State Workers Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. Workers Compensation & Builders Risk (100%) 2. Comprehensive General Liability 1M/3M/50K 3. Comprehensive Vehicle Liability 1M/3M/50K The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive all formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest. |
