Retaining Walls at Walkertown and Kernersville Parks

The County of Forsyth Parks and Recreation Department requests pricing quotes for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install split face CMU retaining walls, handrails, and concrete at Walkertown and Kernersville Lake parks. Project Description Install retaining walls at two County Parks using 8 split face CMUs Color to match existing wall Contractor is responsible for locating all utilities PUBLIC and PRIVATE Contractor responsible for obtaining all engineered plans as required Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits Contractor shall work with County representative in design of the wall A sign in sheet will serve as the record of attendance. Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all bids

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
