| Description | The crushed concrete produced shall meet the requirements of the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) specification cited herein. The Contractor may be required to mobilize, operate and demobilize equipment for multiple crushing cycles during the base contract period and any subsequent, exercised option year. The number of operating cycles is expected to range from 1 to 3 per year and is dependent upon the amount of concrete accumulated by the Government during the contract period. The Government shall accumulate a minimum of 7,000 tons of concrete suitable for crushing prior to notifying the Contractor to begin performance of a crushing cycle. |
