The contractor shall provide the labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete project number DKGV 1110361, NNPTC Building 2400 Server Room P209 , at Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. Attendees will need a visitor's pass to access Joint Base Charleston. Attendees must bring a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Some delays should be anticipated. Offerors should allow sufficient time to arrive on time at the Welcome Center parking lot. The purpose of this conference is to visit the construction site, clarify the statement of work and terms of the solicitation, and to answer any questions concerning the solicitation. Submission of questions prior to the conference is encouraged. The deadline for all questions pertaining to this solicitation will be 05 August 2022 at 12:00 PM EST. Remarks and explanations provided at the conference shall NOT alter the terms of the solicitation and statement of work. Unless the solicitation is amended in writing, it will remain unchanged. Should an amendment be issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
