| Description | Wichita lead safe - The exterior surfaces by removing all flaking paint and dirt. Safe Lead Based Paint work practices are to be used during the preparation and painting of the home. Ground is to be covered by 6 mil plastic to catch any paint chips. No pressure washing or heat striping or chemical stripers. Ground is to be free of paint chips upon completion of the painting. Apply one coat of primer and one coat of paint to entire home. This shall include all window and door frames and trim, and foundation. |
