ITEM 1: 15,000 gallons, more or less, of 87-octane gasoline ITEM 2: 300 gallons, more or less of API Engine Service Classification oil: CG-4, CF-4, CE, CDITEM 3: 2,000 gallons more or less of #2 high sulfur diesel and #2 low sulfur diesel ITEM 4: 1,000 gallons more or less of Ethanol gasoline ITEM 5: 5,000 tons, more or less, of sand, gravel and crushed lime-stone furnished in sizes 1, 2, 5, 53, 73, 8, 9, 11, or 12, as designated by the Street Commissioner. The price quoted shall be the price delivered for all materials to the City’s stock-pile in the City of Tell City. The bid-der shall also quote on the delivery of stone or gravel, from the quarry or yard, to be made immediately upon order of the City Mayor or designated administrator. The hauling of 5,000 tons +/- of limestone from the quarry to a designated location in Tell City as directed by the Tell City Street Commissioner or designated administrator. ITEM 6: The purchase, furnishing and application of 10,000 gallons, more or less, of emulsified liquid asphalt upon the streets and alleys of the City of Tell City, Indiana. Bidders shall submit prices on the various emulsified liquid which they propose to furnish and apply as prime coat, seal coat and/or tack coat and shall be delivered and applied at a time(s) and/or place(s) designated by the Tell City Street Commissioner. Also submit a price f.o.b. the vendor’s yard. The purchase, furnishing and application of 7,000 tons, more or less, of hot asphaltic concrete upon the streets and alleys of the City of Tell city, Indiana. Bidders shall submit prices on hot asphaltic concrete base, binder, and surface mixtures
