| Description | The Installation of Fairway Slit Drainage on Holes 7 & 16 Per the Diagrams and Quantities (SF) Provided by Rye Golf Club. Estimated 20,100 Sf of Area to Drain. Drainage to Be Installed on 10’ Spacing. 1) The removal and disposal of existing asphalt, granite curbing (salvage), walk bridges, (salvage), rock debris, and select trees 2) The addition, expansion and/or rebuilding of tees on Holes 4, 5, 6 3) The expansion of greens on Hole 6 (existing 4) and alternate option for Hole 3 3) The rerouting and reconstruction of the fairways on Holes 4, 5, 6 4) The construction of bunkering on Holes 4, 5, 6 5) The transfer of existing fairway sod and all restoration with new sod for Holes 4, 5, 6 6) The installation of fairway slit drainage, block curbing, asphalt cart paths, rock outcroppings and other misc finishing work on Holes 4, 5, 6 7) Owner’s responsibilities: Irrigation installation, new bridge installation, erosion control installation |
