Install a Brick Patio in the Children`s Garden Space

Install a brick patio in the Children’s Garden space: Remove the existing lawn, and remove top soil. Prep the area, compact and add base material. Install brick pavers within 1,460 square feet area, including two extensions to sidewalks (area of each extension is 6’ x 7’ and 5.5’ x 4’). Finish grout with polymeric sand. Design/pattern of bricks to be in standard rows, with a circular pattern in the North curved area of the fence. Install dry well drain in center of circular pattern area. Bricks should be similar to a Whiteacre Greer brick with beveled edges and lugs, 4” x 8” x 2.5”, and must be engravable. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials necessary to do the work.
