Maintenance Building Roof Replacement Project

School Maintenance Barn Roof Sealed Bids for the General Contract for roof replacement at the City of Westfield School Departments Maintenance Building The Project consists of, but not limited to the following: Removal of existing asphalt shingles and installation of a new asphalt shingle roofing systems. It is the intent of the Awarding Authority that the general contractor perform all aspects of the project. Wage rates for this Project are subject to minimum wage rates as per M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27H inclusive. Federal wage rates apply, payment of the higher of the two is required. The bidding and award of the Contract shall be in full compliance with Chapter 149, Sections 44A-44J of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as last revised. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in their best interest.
