Description Work to be done under this project consists of constructing approximately 4,700 feet of roadway improvements in various locations in the Town of Franklin. The work to be performed will include excavation, pavement reclamation, paving with hot mix asphalt, asphalt berm, granite curb, concrete and asphalt sidewalks, drainage improvements, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
