Description | Rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer system in the Red House area of Allegany State Park. Work includes in-place relining of the existing sewer piping, manhole repair and installations, and pump station upgrades. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $61,256.00. The completion date for this project is 180 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptrollers Office. Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). $1,750.00/day The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
