A. At a minimum, this work shall include 4 depth patching with Warm Mix Intermediate B special, application of Single Treatment, sweep and clean the single treatment, paving with Preventive Maintenance Thin Lift surface within 14 days of the single treatment, temporary striping, and permanent thermoplastic striping. Parwin Road, Davis Drive and Leah Drive shall be widened a minimum of one foot on each side of the road using a two foot drum milling machine to remove soil and asphalt from the existing shoulder and road edge. Fill and compact with Warm Mix Intermediate B special. B. The successful contractor will be required to provide materials, equipment, and labor to perform work in accordance with the latest SCDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and Spartanburg County Specifications. To qualify, all bids shall be submitted using bid forms contained in the Contract Documents. Incomplete or segregated bids will not be accepted.
