Vail Golf Course Hole #6 Lightning Shelter Project 2022

We are seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors as to the terms under which they would undertake this project as a simultaneous package of work. We intend to select the general contractor for the project based on this competitive process and then work with that Contractor for the duration of the project to assist with the following. Advise on access to the construction area The determination of means and methods The determination of the sequence and scheduling of the work Provide access to area where discarded materials can be hauled Advise in the acquisition of required materials Conduct periodic inspections to verify appropriate materials, installantion and construction. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The work to be performed generally includes: The construction of a Lighting Shelter located at the #6 golf hole on the Vail Golf Course. Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis. The award may be on the basis of the base bid. Copies of the Drawings and Project Specifications are also on file and may be examined at the Vail Recreation District Administrative office address during normal working hours beginning Friday August 5th, 2022 .

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Facility Sanitary Sewerage, Drinking Fountains and Water Coolers.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting Preparation, Turf and Grasses, Plants, Planting Accessories.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs.
