Price Agreement to Provide Standard Cold Planer, Operator and Assistant for the Purpose of Cold Planing, Pavement Milling or Asphalt Milling, for Various Locations Island-wide, for the Department of Public Works. All Bids Must Be F.o.b. Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed, and Inclusive of All Applicable Taxes, Including Hawai`i General Excise Tax and Use Taxes. Please Note That Effective January 1, 2020 the Maximum General Excise Tax Rate That May Be Charged of Hawaii County Will Be 4.7120%. the County of Hawai`i is Exempt From the City and County of Honolulu, 0.5% General Excise Tax Surcharge. |
