Juniata College Learning Commons Renovation and Addition

Poole Anderson is bidding on the General Trades, Selective Demolition and Concrete Package for this project. (Poole Anderson is also the CM on the project) The project includes the renovation of 35,329 SF of the existing Learning Commons Library and a new addition of 4,811 GSF. The building construction is Type IB, with an occupancy classification of A-3, assembly. The renovations include but not limited to selective demolition of walls and finishes, a new fire sprinkler system, HVAC system up-grades, window replacement, elevator replacement, new gypsum walls, and finishes including floors, walls and ceilings. The new addition includes, concrete slab on grade, structural steel framing, EPDM roofing, storefront, gypsum walls, new floor wall and ceiling finishes, and custom casework. *Addendum #2 has been uploaded. This will include revised drawings, specs, all scopes of work, bid forms and RFI Log. There is a few RFI still pending and will be addressed in a forthcoming addendum.
