| Description | - Painting/wood replacement of surfaces that are already painted, side walls and lower sections that are treated wood will not be part of this project. - Trim around large overhead door shall be painted and wood replaced, if necessary. - Trim around smaller steel overhead door and the overhead door itself shall be painted and wood replaced, if necessary. Surface rust must be removed from steel door prior to painting. - Trim around service door and the service door itself must be painted. - All wood must be secured if bulged out by whatever means necessary; caulked, nailed, etc., for a uniform look. - Wood (T-1 11) that cannot be secured must be replaced; the price sheet includes a line item for pricing by square foot for estimated wood replacement. - The price sheet includes a line for pricing by linear feet for estimating 1”x 6” trim that is missing or needs to be replaced. | ||
