Demolition of four existing low pressure boilers and associated piping, flues, and controls. 2. Demolition of the existing #2 fuel oil pumps and associated controls. 3. Installation of four new dual fuel low pressure steam boilers and flues within the existing building. 4. Installation of a new directed fired make-up air unit. 5. Modification of the existing steam, feed water, natural gas, fuel oil, and electrical system to support the new equipment. 6. Epoxy coating of selected floor areas within the boiler room. 7. Installation of a new steel catwalk to provide service access to the new equipment. |
