Town Center Renovations - Phase II Conference Center Renovations

Renovation of the existing Conference Center Pecan Rooms, Kitchen, Corridor Flooring and Park and Recreation's Breakroom. The project includes approximately 6,000 SF in the base bid for demolition, new finishes and fixtures as indicated on the drawings and deduct alternate #1 for the renovations of the Conference Center Corridor as indicated in the Contract Documents for ceilings and lighting. Scope will include approximately 6,000 SF in the base bid including 2,500 SF in the alternate #1 (ceiling and lighting) bid for demolition, new finishes and fixtures.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
