| Description | For resurfacing of eighteen (18) streets of various lengths. The project includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment for milling and resurfacing of eighteen (18) streets of various lengths and section of road way. The list of streets and distances are shown in the Specifications section of the bid package. Technical questions should be addressed to Ricky Stewart at rstewart@kennesaw-ga.gov. All bidders must be prequalified with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). Davis-Bacon wage rates and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals DO NOT apply to this project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City of Kennesaw also reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities relative to any or all bids or proposals and to request any additional information or clarification deemed necessary for the evaluation of any bid or proposal. |
