Description

Qualified consultant to provide Architectural and Engineering services for the design of a Seminole County Fire Station prototype (Fire Station 25) for re-use. As the Seminole County Fire Department continues to grow and expand to address the needs of the surrounding community additional fire stations must be constructed. The fire station prototype and site provisions will require minor modifications as a result of the unique characteristics of the building site and neighboring context. The future fire station designs will be issued as individual work orders to the selected Consultant, future work is not guaranteed through this Contract. It is anticipated the developed prototype will be subject to re-use for the following fire stations located within Seminole County: Station 23, 28 and 35.
