Road Bids - MSILT Project

Bids for pulverizing and relaying and approximately 550 tons of WisDot approved type E1 hot mix on Emmonsville Road from the Mountain Bay Trail - CTH "Y". Work to include the following. Pulverizing depth is anticipated to be approximately 6 inches and shall incorporate the aggregate of the existing roadway surface and 2" of the existing base course beneath the asphaltic surface. Shape the pulverized material at a 2% crown. Pulverized material shall be graded from west curb line to west shoulder point during grading operations. Adjust side streets and access points as needed to meet the new roadway or as directed by the owner. Add water during grading and compacting operations. Note cross section varies, quantities to be verified by contractor. Approximate quantity is 3,150 square yards. Fine grading, water, shape and roll the existing base course and pave with WisDot approved type MT hot mix. MT hot mix asphalt laid in two lifts to an overall depth of 3", approximate Quantity 550 tons.
