Description

The work consists of a base bid and additive alternate bid as described in the bid form and drawings. Base Bid: Removal of existing underground fuel storage tank, existing generator, generator building and appurtenances, installation of new generator with belly tank to include electrical connections and construction of generator slab and screen walls. Additive Alternate Bid: Removal and replacement of existing parking lot, installation of new parking lot to south of building, installation of storm water treatment system and associated piping and structures, renovation of toll facility building, placement and connection of temporary office trailer for toll operations and new signage and striping of parking and toll lanes.
