MDVL212115 - Repair Main Hangar Mechanical Doors at Bldg. 150 at the 186th ARW

Provide design, manufacturing, supply, delivery, mechanical installation, and commissioning of a functional horizontal rolling door system consisting of a ten door leafs bi-parting reeved door system (approximately 260’ wide by 60’ tall). Structural repairs are not required except as necessary to completely repair/replace mechanical and electrical features described herein. Mechanical and electrical repairs/replacement are intended to be all-inclusive to renovate these doors to “like-new” operation and function including, but not limited to, the following: 5.1.1 Provide and install new control panels with variable frequency drive, control logic PLC, 24V power, line reactor, surge arrestor, power disconnect switch with overload-phase loss circuit protection, and circuit protection contactor per driven leaf; 5.1.2 Replace constant pressure push-button station per lead door leaf; 5.1.3 Replace full open and close and pass door limit switches; 5.1.4 Provide and install audible and visual alarms for activation when open or closed buttons are depressed; 5.1.5 Replace all trolley duct and SO cabling; 5.1.6 Provide and install new motor/gearbox assembly per lead door leaf; 5.1.7 Replace all drive wheels, sprockets, clutches, bearings, chain, bottom wheels, top guide rollers, and seals as needed per door leaf; 5.1.8 Provide electrical installation required for all repairs and replacements as necessary for proper operation of all system features.
