Angleton Wastewater Treatment Plant Lab Redesign

This project will include selective demolition of the existing interior, and selected areas of exterior egress. The intended use of the completed building is to provide a more efficient layout with updated equipment to better serve the staff of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Lab and further ensure water quality. There will be an office and control room for employees, a break room, a larger unisex restroom, and lab space. The existing equipment room will be enclosed. The existing building is approximately 1,400 sq. ft. and all renovations on the interior will take place on the second floor.
