Description

Sealcoating and re-striping at two (2) schools (Boiling Springs Elementary and Chesnee High School). These jobs will be turn-key to include all prep, cleaning, crack-fill/repair, and application per specified manufacturer’s recommendations. 1. Contractor is responsible for all measurements during the mandatory pre-bid meeting. 2. Contractor is responsible for marking/taping off areas while work is being completed. 3. ALL work will begin in the summer and must be completed by August 1, 2022. 4. Sealcoat specified – SealMaster MasterSeal. 5. Crack fill/repair – SealMaster Crack Filler and Crack Repair. 6. Parking Lot Striping – Sherwin Williams Traffic Paint.
