| Description | Installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon on Rutherford Street near Echols Street. The scope of work will consist of the installation of mast arm signal poles and signal equipment, a landscaped pedestrian refuge on Rutherford Street, and a concrete island on Echols Street. The construction limits of this project extend from Harvley Street to approximately 250 ft north towards West Stone Avenue. The project will consist of striping, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, landscaping, installation of mast arm signal poles and pedestrian poles, signal installation, and all related traffic control as shown in the construction plans. |
