Remove and properly dispose ofthe existing asphalt shingle roof (approximately 1,500 SF), felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc., down to bare roof sheathing, at the Mattaponi Pavilion. Remove and properly dispose ofthe existing asphalt shingle roof(approximately 700 SF), felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc., down to bare roofsheathing, at the Nassawango Pavilion. The Contractor shall be licensed in the State of Maryland as a General Contractor to perform work associated with this project. The Contractor shall have a minimum offive (5) years experience performing similar. construction projects. Upon request, the Contractor shall supply a list of other similar, completed roofing projects to the Procurement Officer for review. Provide and install architectural shingles, felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc. to roof of approximately 1,500 SF, t the Mattaponi Pavilion.
