Description | To have the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove and replace the existing asphalt roof of two (2) pavilions. Mattaponi and Nassawango Pavilions located at Pocomoke River State Park, Milburn Landing at 3036 Nassawango Road, Pocomoke City, Worcester County, MD 21851. THIS IS AN ONLINE SOLICITATION ONLY. Please submit all Bid responses online, SBR vendors are encouraged to respond. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE DETAILED SPECS IN ITS ENTIRETY. PLEASE NOTE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR. Please upload all attachments as ONE BID PACKAGE attachment only. If the project requires any specific type of license, please put the license number(s) on the Bid Form attachment. We strongly suggest attending the pre-bid meeting. A fully responsive bid will require all affidavits and Bid Form completed in its entirety. Mattaponi and Nassawango Pavilions located at Pocomoke River State Park, Milbum Landing at 3036 Nassawango Road, Pocomoke City, Worcester County, Maryland 21851. Remove and properly dispose ofthe existing asphalt shingle roof (approximately 1,500 SF), felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc., down to bare roof sheathing, at the Mattaponi Pavilion. Remove and properly dispose ofthe existing asphalt shingle roof(approximately 700 SF), felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc., down to bare roofsheathing, at the Nassawango Pavilion. The Contractor shall be licensed in the State of Maryland as a General Contractor to perform work associated with this project. The Contractor shall have a minimum offive (5) years experience performing similar. construction projects. Upon request, the Contractor shall supply a list of other similar, completed roofing projects to the Procurement Officer for review. This project consists ofthe Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove and replace the existing asphalt roof oftwo (2) pavilions. Mattaponi and Nassawango Pavilions located at Pocomoke River State Park, Milbum Landing at 3036 Nassawango Road, Pocomoke City, Worcester County, Maryland 21851. Inspect roofsheathing, and replace any deteriorated wood as directed by the DNR Project Manager on a unit price basis. (See Unit Price #1). Remove and replace chimney flashing. Provide and install architectural shingles, felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc. to roof of approximately 1,500 SF, t the Mattaponi Pavilion. Provide and install architectural shingles, felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc. to roofof approximately 700 SF, at the Nassawango Pavilion. Inspect rake board, replace any deteriorated wood as directed by the DNR Project Manager on a unit price basis. (See Unit Price #2) Removal and proper disposal of all debris |
