| Description | All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words "Purchase and Delivery of Rock Salt - Sealed Bid." Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above. All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from Purchasing Agent. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq. The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Township to do so. |
