Additions and Renovations to Lakeshore Elementary School

The project scope of work includes the phased construction of three (3) additions to the existing building B, C and D wings totaling 12,086 square foot single story additions to the existing 91,338 square foot school and site work. The addition and renovations will include premanufactured metal building construction, general classroom spaces, extension of the existing egress corridors, fire protection, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Sitework will includes utilities, driveways, parking, reestablished fire lane and stormwater retention system, relocated play structures and site elements, flatwork and landscaping.
