Centennial Park and Lakes of Falcon Ridge Wall Project

The scope of work covers the supplying of all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment for removing approximately 2720 linear feet of existing concrete block wall and columns between Friendswood Centennial Park and The Lake of Falcon Ridge section one subdivision. Also, this includes the replacing of the wall with reinforced brick wall and columns as per drawing and technical specifications. 1. Provide temporary fencing between the Friendswood Centennial Park and The Lake of Falcon Ridge subdivision, acceptable to the homeowners’ association. 2. Removing and hauling the existing concrete block wall, columns, and concrete slab. 3. Stabilizing and compacting 2,729 feet minimum 3 feet wide base. 4. Approximately 2,720 feet, minimum 3 feet wide, and 6-inch-thick reinforced concrete slab. 5. Install approximately 2,720 feet of minimum 6 feet high and 12-inch-wide reinforced brick wall, including minimum 7 feet high, 24-inch x 24-inch reinforced brick columns, as per detail drawings.
