Blue Ridge Community College Spearman Welding Shed Electric and Lighting

Scope of Work: o Install 480v, 100 amp 3 phase electric circuit from Spearman #160 electrical room to Welding storage shed for 6 pack welder (to include disconnect strain relief and outlet to match existing on the 6 pack welder). o Install 200 amp service connection from existing electrical on brick enclosure. Existing panel on brick enclosure has no existing load. It was originally installed for use at the BRCC annual car show. With the construction of the Innovative high school, the car show was moved to another location. Contractor will be responsible to verify existing electric and amperage is sufficient. o Install 240v, single phase electrical circuit and receptacle for welder. o Install 120v, 20 amp circuit and (3) quad receptacles o Contractor to provide all necessary breakers (to include the electrical subpanel) in Spearman #160. o Install lighting circuit, 3-way switches, (8) 2' LED High Bay Luminaire, 22000 Lumen, 4000K with metal safety cage. o Provide all required permits and inspections. o Provide, assemble and install o Contractor will be responsible for all asphalt and concrete saw cutting, trenching, excavation and concrete/dirt disposal offsite, and patching asphalt or concrete afterwards.
