Swisher and Woodruff Water Bottle Fill Station Scope of work: 1. Remove 6 recessed style water fountains. 2. Rough out plumbing to allow for flush mount bottle fill station. 3. Install metal studs and sheetrock to finish a flush wall. 4. Paint area with paint supplied by Forsyth Tech. 5. Install 6 new flush mount bottle fill stations. 6. Remove 2 flush mount water fountains. 7. Install 2 new bottle fill stations Swisher and Woodruff are almost identical buildings, the above list would be completed at both locations. Please note all site visits and the following work are to be completed during normal business hours M-F 7 to 4:30 contact Scott Booth for scheduling a site visit Email at dbooth@forsythtech.edu Sites visits prior to proposal are urged and cautioned but not mandatory. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. General Contractors must have general license classification for (See Licensing Board Rules & Regulations) . No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
