Demolition of Former Trade Winds Motel

Demolition of the Structures Located at 2148 W. Gary Boulevard (Trade Winds Motel). The Successful Bidder Will Furnish All Necessary Materials, Equipment, Machinery, Superintendence, Labor, Insurance, and Other Required Provisions All Bidders Shall Accompany Their Bids With a Cashiers or Certified Check Issued by a Bank Satisfactory to the Owner, or a Bid Bond From a Reliable Surety in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Submitted as a Guaranty That the Bidder Will Enter a Contract and Execute Bond and Guaranty Within Twenty (20) Days After Notice to Award of Contract. Bids Without the Required Check or Bid Bond Will Not Be Considered. The Successful Bidder Must Also Furnish Bonds (Payment and Performance) in the Amount of 100% of the Total Contract Price. Once Awarded, a Pre-construction Meeting Will Occur Prior to the Issuance of Notice to Proceed. The City of Clinton Reserves the Right to Reject Any, and All Bids and to Accept the Bid Which Best Meets the Needs of the City of Clinton.
