Starlight Drive Pedestrian and Drainage Improvement Project

The Town of Prescott Valley has been awarded a Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing and is seeking bids for the construction of the ST2307 - Starlight Drive Pedestrian and Drainage Improvement Project, CDBG Grant #101-22 . In general, the work consists primarily of furnishing all necessary materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required to construct 3,000 feet of street improvements for the enhancement of Starlight Drive's northbound lane from Sunset Lane to Bison Lane including street lighting, storm drain, inlets, culverts, headwalls, curb, gutter, concrete sidewalk, and asphalt pavement. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications. The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals, or any part thereof, to withhold the award, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town.
