| Description | The project consists of the demolition of the two story masonry structure with partial basement. The structure, which was a former Girls' Dormitory for the Georgia School for the Deaf, consists of a poured concrete structure with clay masonry block interior walls and clay masonry clock and brick exterior walls. The work is to include the complete removal of the structure, utilities, conduits, lines, footings, foundations, piping, etc. whereas the site will be level with surrounding grade, filled with #57 stone, finished with 12-inches of top soil level, sodded with Bermuda sod and irrigated by tying into the existing irrigation system. The end result will be that the site is completely free of any built elements, underground utilities, etc. |
