Installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, earthwork, storm drain structures and pipe, stormwater management facilities, asphalt pavement, water and electric service, site lighting, construction of a vehicle storage building, signage, fencing, gates, and landscaping. Site work shall be unclassified. A fully functioning temporary construction trailer shall be installed prior to the start of construction. Frederick County will obtain the grading permit for the project. It shall be the responsibility of the successful contractor to obtain all other applicable permits.
