CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) REQUEST FOR SUB-QUOTES FROM CERTIFIED DISADVANTAGED, SMALL, MINORITY AND WOMEN'S BUSINESS (DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE) SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS & HAULERS FOR: Incline Village General Improvement District Effluent Export Pipeline Project 16" Welded Steel and Ductile Iron Effluent Pipeline with associated appurtenances and removals near Incline Village, NV PROJECT CONTACT EMAIL IVGID.CMAR@gcinc.com Quotes sought for the following, but not limited to: Survey, furnish, installation of 16" Welded Steel Pipe, asphalt saw cutting, asphalt milling, flagging & traffic control devices, hydrostatic pressure testing, pipeline demolition & removal of asbestos pipe, tapping & draining existing effluent pipeline, supply & install of asphalt paving, SWPPP, striping, trucking & hauling quotes accepted for all bid items NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% (approx. $500,000) of the estimated value of the work or $50,000, whichever is greater, must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Proposals will be returned unopened if the subcontractor has not been qualified per NAC 338.580 100% P&P Bonds May Be Required.
