Advertised Estimate: : The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on the Department s advertised estimate amount of $210,000.00 and not the contractors bid total. Performance Bond: A Contract / Performance Bond is Required for This Project. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required.
