Description

The Cascade Street Wall Project excavates an existing rail access road and fill slope, then re-constructs the access road with a T-Wall replacing the fill slope. The road rises vertically approximately 20 up an embankment to the BNSF Railroad Tracks from Cascade Street. The T-Wall material, purchased in advance of the project, will be provided by the port. Work includes but is not limited to, grading, storm sewer work, paving, erosion control, chain link fencing and T-Wall construction.
